What is your worst injury?

So what is yours? Mine is probably a brusied ankle.

[sarcasm]Wow! A bruised ankle![/sarcasm]

I haven't had a bad injury before so that is my worst.

I have had a few injuries but I generally get back aches and knee pains when I don't stretch and it's cold.

Worst is probably when I split my toe webbing with a standup sprinkler. Other than that. nothing.

Straining my neck muscle (my head was titled for 4 days)

But the most painful so hamstring :/

Break 2 bones in my arm (all the way through) at the same time when I was 8. It was at my friend's party and we were playing British Bulldogs.

Two bone bruises on the same sport on the same leg, 12 months apart. To the week.

Broken arm, jumping off a concrete wall.

Nail in foot (right through) , 5 minuites from surgery, they tried a new medicine. It cured me!

Broken shoulder, spear tackled in rugby. 2 years ago, and still can"t move it above flat. Not above me neck :/

Uncountable Broken fingers and toes. Including 3 dislocated fingers on the same finger in three weeks.

Done my achilles twice.

Done my hammy thrice.

Done my groin 5 times. Most painful after the shoulder and foot!

Cut my knee open

Oh, I forgot whiplash, twice.

Also I had pain in my stomach that made me scream - for a couple of months

I've not had many injury problems.

Only one's I've had are a rock in my knee now I have a mark there forever, Sprained my wrist, limited shot making when I was batting, I always get little niggles in my knees also.

Cramps are the worst!!

Yeah, my knee is pretty buggered up. Has been for a few years. Don't know what the probem is.

I've had heaps of corks there, nothing to serious but soon I feel something not right is gonna happen.

A bruised knee.

Lol, that's your worst? My body has at least 5 bruises all the time. Once I had about 25 (even if some were really small)

I have an ongoing ankle injury after my dreadful fall during the Easter holidays this year. I had a stone slab about the size of a full sized rugby ball land on my knee.

Ouch. Gotta hurt.

I was about 10 at the time. Massive multi-coloured bruise for weeks.

Dislocated finger and a fractured finger.

I was trying to climb up a waterfall on our camp, the water below was really shallow so I landed on rock when I slipped and fell. My entire back was bruised for at least a fortnight.

Had the worst stomach cramps last night.

Nice injury.

Sometimes my neck disagrees with me and starts hurting.

Oh and I had to play this small gig last year some time and I went freaking nuts and headbanged for a few whole songs and couldn't move my neck for at least 3 days.
