Super-Maxi Pepsi ODI Series Information Thread

Tournament Rules

The tournament will consist of 4 teams, those who have signed up and they will play 50 over games. Each round will be played on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday and both matches will be played on that day. Each team will meet the other three teams, three times in the competition.

The games will occur at Karori Park (Wellington, New Zealand) and Basin Reserve Cricket Ground.

All other rules apply, due to the wet conditions of New Zealand, expect rain or washouts. Pitches which will vary from Good (Batsmen’s Wicket) to Poor (Bowler’s Wicket)

Points Systems

The points system will function as it would for any normal encounter, with 4 points for a win, 2 for draw/ or washout and 0 for a loss.

In the case of two teams being tied after the round robin games are played Run Rate will be used to decide who is going to the final.

You know the fixtures thread, as the four teams we decided to have a Quad series, so there was no sign ups, sorry about, while you are playing your other matches we are playing this, I would be happy if you and 3 or 4 teams got together and set one up, also this is sort of trial to see if this works.
