I would prefer email or IM. Not so sure on which one to pick between those two.

Well it depends if is able to get use to the new team. If he can is fit in quite nicely, he should be able or at least have a good chance of making an immidiate impact.

I would not really be willing to do that. I would like to be famous and/or atrractive. But I am not willing to cut my life short if I have to do that.
