So as you can see it works like eBay the highest bidder at the end of time gets the item. But there are few rules that will be policed by Admin in this section.
1) Prices must be sensible, so no 1000, 0000 amounts please.
2) Shady dealings or under the table auctions will be seen for what they are and you will face a ban.
3) If you are selling or looking to buy a graphic please provide an example for customers.
4) If you copy and or use a graphic that is on the market without paying you will face the Admin.
5) You do not have to sell anything if you do not want to, so if you have graphic that you do not want to sell, then just post it in the graphics area.
6) At the end of the action please give admin 12 hours from your purchase to please update the Vcash.
7) Have fun a play by the rules; you may see from time to time this (Admin) in the thread title, this signifiers that it is an admin run auction or raffle.
