Well, this is something that I will run (maybe partcipate) and will be a judge. I will need 3 judges. So I am hoping for partner judges Stewie and Jakey. Or mabye even Mgt. But I will just let people sign up.
Then there are the contestants. I will need at 4 for this to work. What will happen is that I will find a tutorial, and the judges and I will rate out of 10.
It is simple to sign up. Just do this:
Forum Name
What you will use (PS,Gimp,Paint,Blender,etc etc)
Then the threads will be put up for the weekly matches that me and the jusges or comp runners pick outta random.
If this works well may I have a sub-forum?

Well, it is just starting, so anyrhing can happen really
